What Our Guests Say
We recently stayed at Waters Edge 2 for a week, and couldn’t have been happier with the villa. The views and private sea platforms set it above anywhere else we have stayed, together with the spacious outside terrace, balcony and pool, which were perfect for relaxing. It’s quietly located amongst a few other properties, but is close to the old town, which is a few minutes away by taxi. I’d recommend the water sports at Aristos across the bay – if you book an activity, they come in their water taxi to collect you from the beach platform free of charge.

Villa Likya was a well equipped and cared for villa with ample space for 10 adults. Its location was wonderful only being a 10min walk from the old town for restaurants and shops.
The lush garden provided relaxing seating areas for both those seeking shade and the sun lovers . The pool was a great size for a refreshing dip and the roof top terrace gave a wonderful place for an evening drink.

Everything ran smoothly and was well-managed; we felt your care throughout the entire process. A solid 5 out of 5! The villa was excellent too – modern design, comfortable bedrooms, infinity pool, sauna, hammam, indoor pool, floor heating, movie theater with 4K HDR projector and nice sound, pool table, etc. I think you should stay here longer to have time to try everything. As a party of 10 we have recently returned from a stay at the beautiful Villa Buse in Kalkan. All I can say is WOW, the villa was everything we hoped for and more, the pool area and interior has everything you could need with loads of space for relaxing and dining. The sun beds were the comfiest ever.
The location was great with bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance, although we used the very cheap taxis back from the main town.
We would highly recommend the Villa Buse for large groups, and would definitely use the services of Julie at Elegant Retreats, who made the whole process of booking this villa very easy.

From her thoughtful recommendations of things to do and places to eat, to arranging for the apartment to be stocked with food on our arrival, the service was outstanding.
The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, and luxurious, with our favourite feature being the private pool, which was cleaned daily. It was ideal for our mixed-age family group, and the location was great – just a 10-minute walk into town.

Just come back from a great holiday staying at Sea Esta Su Apartment. We booked with Elegant Retreats and Julie has been fantastic helping us make the most of our stay booking beach clubs and restaurants for us. The apartment was everything we wanted. Fantastic size pool for our three boys and lovely bedrooms with en-suites gave us the space and luxury we wanted. It was a short walk into town and the taxi’s were cheap if you didn’t fancy the walk back up hill. I would recommend booking with Elegant Retreats if you want a fab holiday in Kalkan.

We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak season (May-October). This gives us time to secure your preferred venue and suppliers, and allows for thorough planning. However, we can also accommodate shorter timescales when possible.
