• Another year in Kalkan and another booking with Julie and Dan at Elegant Retreats rental agency. Personally, I wouldn’t use anyone else — they are my go-to team!

  Even if you can’t see exactly what you’re looking for, it’s always worth getting in touch. They may have other options, suggest a different idea based on what you need, or even try to find and secure exactly what you’re looking for. They really listen to what you want, and with their extensive knowledge of the area and fantastic local contacts, they generally know best!

  The added bonus is the advice and help they provide with restaurants, trips, shops, transport and everything in between. They’re always at the end of an email or WhatsApp to help, answer questions, or simply give their honest opinion and advice.

  This time, we stayed at Villa Falcon Exclusive, which was perfect for our group. A huge villa with everything you could need, a great location, beautiful views and easy access to local shops. We even walked into town and back on occasion!

  Thanks once again, Julie and Dan, for another fantastic holiday. I would 100% recommend Elegant Retreats to anyone looking for help booking a great holiday in Kalkan.

• We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Destiny and cannot recommend it highly enough. We were two families of four, each with two parents and two boys aged 12 and 18, and the villa was absolutely perfect for our group.

  The villa itself is exceptional and finished to an extremely high standard throughout. Every aspect of the property has clearly been designed with comfort, quality, and luxury in mind. The accommodation is spacious, immaculately maintained, and offers everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. The pool and outdoor areas were particularly impressive and provided the perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Kalkan views.

  A special mention must go to Julie and Dan Armstrong, whose concierge service was truly outstanding. From the moment we booked until the end of our stay, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Their recommendations, local insights, and attention to detail made a huge difference and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our holiday. Their level of customer care is second to none.

  Kalkan itself is a wonderful destination and offers everything a family could want. There is an excellent selection of exceptional restaurants, vibrant nightlife, beautiful beach clubs, and plenty of activities for both adults and teenagers. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, great food, or entertainment, Kalkan has it all.

  Overall, Villa Destiny exceeded our expectations in every way. Combined with the outstanding support from Julie and Dan and everything Kalkan has to offer, it made for a truly memorable holiday. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Villa Destiny to anyone looking for a luxurious family getaway.

• Zenato Apartment was truly a beautiful place to stay. We were a family of five and had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The apartment is more like a villa which had so many lovely finishing touches that made it feel really special.
  We first visited Kalkan last year and absolutely loved it. I spotted Zenato while walking down into the town and immediately thought it would be such a lovely place to stay the following year — and it certainly didn’t disappoint!
  The location is perfect, just a flat five-minute walk into town, with stunning views. The shops are also close by, so everything is easily accessible on foot.
  From the moment I made my enquiry, Julie and Dan at Elegant Retreats were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make our holiday as easy and enjoyable as possible. They arranged our airport transfers, Beach Clubs and boat trip, and we were even able to order our shopping in advance, which was all waiting for us when we arrived.
  I honestly cannot recommend Zenato, Julie and Dan at Elegant Retreats highly enough. They made everything so straightforward from start to finish, and we had the most wonderful stay.

• We booked our stay at Villa Destiny with Julie for the first time, and we couldn’t have been more satisfied! All communication and our experience at the villa were absolutely fantastic. Villa Destiny is the best villa we have stayed in in Kalkan, and this was our 8th time visiting.

  Everything was clean and tidy, with a beautiful outdoor area. Our teenagers especially loved having a pool table and table tennis available. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything in Kalkan.

  We would be very happy to return to Villa Destiny and would especially like to thank Julie for making our stay so wonderful for us.

• We have just returned (reluctantly) from a wonderful holiday in Kalkan.

  We were fortunate enough to book with Elegant Retreats. We were initially unsure which villa to choose, but they went to great lengths to find the perfect villa for us, and they certainly did. Villa Aqua Verde, with its stunning views, was everything we had hoped for and more.

  The villa itself is exceptional. The outdoor seating and entertaining areas are extensive, offering every combination of seating imaginable, so there is always the perfect spot to relax. The fully equipped outdoor bar and kitchen by the pool were fantastic, while the lower terrace with its games area was perfect for the kids.

  The lower floor features a vast spa area, adding another level of luxury to the villa. The bedrooms offer plenty of flexible sleeping arrangements, are all en-suite, and there are well appointed WCs on each floor. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and everything was in pristine condition. Housekeepers stopped by to empty the bins on more than one occasion during our 6 night stay and they also brought clean towels half way through our stay, which was a nice touch that we weren’t expecting.

  The location is also excellent. We enjoyed breakfast at the beach clubs directly in front of the villa, and Zest Beach Club, with its fantastic facilities and great lunch menu, is right next door. All of the beach clubs offer a short boat trip across to the harbour, although it’s less than a 20-minute walk into town. Taxis arrive within minutes, and it’s only a two-minute journey to Kalkan’s wonderful rooftop restaurants and bustling town centre.

  This is, without doubt, the best villa we have ever stayed in, and we will definitely be returning.

  A special mention has to go to Julie, who was an absolute gem. She took care of everything—from arranging the villa booking and airport transfers to restaurant reservations and even ensuring groceries were waiting in the fridge when we arrived. Throughout our stay, she was always on hand with recommendations for beach clubs, taxi contacts, and anything else we needed.

  We cannot thank Julie and Dan at Elegant Retreats enough for making our holiday so effortless and memorable. Their attention to detail and exceptional service made all the difference, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect holiday in Kalkan.

• This was our second villa holiday booking through Elegant Retreats to Kalkan.  From the initial enquiry with Julie to our stay this year at Destiny we couldn’t have asked for better.  

  Julie is always quick to respond to any queries you may have before booking or on your stay nothing is a problem.  Julie goes out of her way to ensure that her guests enjoy their holiday 100% from booking airport transfers, restaurants, boat trips, shopping delivered to the villa, the list is endless

  Julie owns Destiny and it shows with the presentation, decor and furniture that make this villa feel home from home. The outdoor space is spacious with different seating areas, pool and garden immaculate.

  Water’s Edge 5 was the perfect retreat for a relaxing week away. The property is beautifully presented, well-equipped, and in an ideal location. It’s peaceful and private, yet only a short taxi ride into the centre, giving you the best of both worlds.
