Pool Terrace

The spacious pool terrace is centred around an impressive L-shaped infinity pool, complete with a shallow section and two submerged sun loungers. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols are positioned around the pool, while a cushioned seating area and swing provide additional places to relax and take in the views.

A shaded pergola creates a welcoming outdoor dining area, complete with a large dining table and BBQ, making it easy to enjoy leisurely lunches and evening meals outdoors. With plenty of space for both sun and shade, the terrace is an inviting place to spend long summer days.

Living Area

The main living space at Villa Cihan occupies the ground floor and combines a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a comfortable lounge. The kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering, while the dining table seats up to six guests.

Two large sofas and an armchair create a relaxed lounge setting around the coffee table and Smart TV. Full-length sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace from both the kitchen-dining area and lounge, bringing in plenty of natural light, maximising the sea views, and creating an easy connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Bedrooms

Villa Cihan has four spacious bedrooms arranged across the lower ground and first floors, providing comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. Two double bedrooms are located on the first floor, both enjoying sea views. One has a private balcony with seating, while the other features a Juliet balcony that allows natural light to flood the room. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms and are thoughtfully furnished for a comfortable stay.

The lower ground floor provides a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. The twin bedroom overlooks the indoor pool area, while the double bedroom looks towards the villa’s entertainment space. Together, the four bedrooms offer a comfortable mix of privacy and shared space for families or groups travelling together.

Indoor Pool & Entertainment Area

The lower ground floor also features an impressive split-level entertainment area designed for relaxing whatever the weather. The lower level includes an indoor swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, along with a sauna and cinema area furnished with a large, comfortable wicker sofa.
