Hi, I’m Julie

I’m the founder of Elegant Retreats and the person who will help you plan your stay. You’ll speak directly with me throughout your enquiry, booking and arrival in Kalkan.

I’ve visited Kalkan regularly since 2011 and have built strong knowledge of its neighbourhoods, accommodation, beach clubs, restaurants and trusted local suppliers. I personally manage each booking and coordinate the arrangements needed to help every stay run smoothly.

I also work closely with couples planning weddings and celebrations in Kalkan. I can assist with guest accommodation, airport transfers, private chefs, boat trips, beach club reservations and other arrangements surrounding your occasion. Having one consistent point of contact keeps everything clear and personal for you and your guests.

Alongside my partner Dan and our trusted local team, I’ll be available to offer practical advice and local support throughout your stay. There are no call centres or unnecessary handovers—just friendly, direct help when you need it.
