Location & Overview

Villa Falcon Exclusive enjoys a tranquil hillside setting above Kalkan, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean greenery. Its elevated position ensures magnificent views across Kalkan Bay, while the town’s harbour, beach clubs, restaurants and shops are just a short drive away.

Please note there are approximately 15 steps down to the villa entrance, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The outdoor space at Villa Falcon Exclusive accommodates 14 guests comfortably. The impressive 20m x 5m infinity pool (1.5m deep, with a shallow section approximately 30cm deep) features Roman steps for easy access and a built-in Jacuzzi, allowing guests to relax while taking in the breathtaking views.

The large patio and sunbathing terrace offer 14 sun loungers — including two positioned in the shallow section of the pool — along with parasols for shade. A spacious outdoor dining table for 14 sits beneath a pergola, creating a perfect setting for long, leisurely meals. A BBQ is conveniently located beside the shaded dining area.

The garden is attractively landscaped with colourful pot plants and offers additional shaded seating areas around the villa, providing plenty of spots to unwind throughout the day.

The ground floor at Villa Falcon Exclusive features a spacious open-plan layout comprising the lounge, dining area, kitchen and utility room. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large corner sofa, an additional sofa, and armchairs arranged around a flat-screen TV with satellite and DVD players, along with iPhone docking stations for added convenience.

The elegant cream kitchen is finished with travertine and marble tiles and is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher and ample preparation space.
