Living Area

The first floor of Villa Armoni is home to a bright and tastefully furnished open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and chilled water dispenser.
A dining table seats six guests comfortably, while the living area features an L-shaped sofa, easy chair, and TV. From both the living and dining areas, sliding doors open onto a sea-view balcony, offering a wonderful vantage point to enjoy the views over Kalamar Bay.

Villa Armoni offers three en-suite bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to provide privacy and comfort.
The Master bedroom, located on the entry level, spans the full width of the villa and features an en-suite bathroom, TV, sofa bed, and two spacious sea-view balconies. This suite also enjoys access to a private two-person outdoor Jacuzzi plunge pool with built-in seating, as well as a side terrace with alfresco dining for six.
On the lower ground floor, there is one double and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite facilities, TVs, and sliding doors opening directly onto the garden terrace.

Rooftop Pool Terrace

The crowning feature of Villa Armoni is its spectacular rooftop terrace, home to the villa’s main saltwater swimming pool. Measuring approximately 9m long and with a constant depth of 1.35m, this chemical-free pool offers a refreshing, relaxing swim with uninterrupted sea views.
A raised wooden deck is furnished with plush double daybeds, adjustable electric canopies for shade, and a cosy corner seating area. For added convenience, this level also includes a WC and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, hob, and sink, ensuring everything you need is close at hand.
Please note: the rooftop pool area features a relatively low perimeter barrier.
