Living Areas: (south west facing first floor with sea and mountain views – approx 55sqm)
The front door opens onto an extremely large open-plan living room with double height ceiling and a wow factor wall of glass that provides spectacular panoramic views across the Bay. The room is divided into seperate areas: a comfortable sitting area with TV and multimedia system, a dining area with seating for 6 people and a large fully fitted kitchen. Sliding doors open onto a large terrace which is ideal for dining al fresco and enjoying the spectacular views and sunsets.
Swimming Pool and Gardens:
From the living area – a few steps lead down to the top infinity pool and terrace which houses sun beds and also offers shade. A waterfall and further steps lead down to the second (and larger) pool at ground floor level. Situated at one end of this pool is a small garden where there is a shaded hammock inviting you to hide away with a book and relax whilst enjoying the view.

Light cleaning everyday. Bedlinen and towel change 2-3 times a week

Second double bedroom – (approx 40 sq m) – a south west facing spacious master bedroom with floor to ceiling glass windows afford magnificent sea, mountain and pool views from the kingsize bed. The contemporary bathroom includes shower/toilet and Phillipe Starck jacuzzi. French windows open out onto a private balcony giving access to the gardens and the larger swimming pool.
First Floor Level:
Twin Bedroom (approx 20 sq m) – south west facing with sea and mountain views with a door that opens onto the pool terrace, En suite shower and WC,
Second Floor Level:
Master Bedroom – (approx 35 sq m) – a spacious south west facing master bedroom with floor to ceiling glass windows which afford magnificent sea views from the king size bed, The contemporary bathroom includes shower/wc. French windows open out onto the private balcony which opens onto the huge roof terrace being approx 45 sq m. The sea views from within and externally are truly stunning.
