Location & Overview

Situated in Kalkan Centre, Villa Tosca offers the convenience of being close to the town’s lively atmosphere while still providing privacy and tranquillity. Kalkan’s harbour, beach clubs, restaurants and boutiques are all within easy walking distance, making this villa an excellent base for exploring everything the resort has to offer.

Living Area

The ground floor of Villa Tosca features a bright, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area designed to maximise comfort and views. The living space includes two sofas and an armchair arranged around a coffee table and satellite TV, creating a welcoming area to relax.
The sleek, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for self-catering, while the dining area comfortably seats six guests. From this level, there are lovely views across the pool terrace and out towards Kalkan Bay.

Bedrooms

Villa Tosca’s three en-suite bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across the upper floors, each offering comfort, privacy and beautiful views.

First Floor
The first floor has two bedrooms: one double with a super king-size bed and one twin. Both rooms feature en-suite shower rooms and access to furnished balconies, providing inviting spaces to enjoy the sea and mountain views.

Second Floor
The entire second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite. This spacious room includes a super king-size bed, a generous wardrobe, a dressing table and a chest of drawers, along with a large en-suite shower room. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors frame the panoramic sea views and open directly onto the roof terrace.

Roof Terrace

The roof terrace is a standout feature of Villa Tosca and an ideal place to unwind. It is furnished with sun loungers, a cushioned sofa set and a raised outdoor Jacuzzi, all positioned to make the most of the spectacular sea and mountain views. A pergola provides welcome shade from the Mediterranean sun, making this a perfect space from morning through to sunset.

Pool Terrace & Outdoor Living

The outdoor area centres around a large private infinity pool with mosaic steps, surrounded by six sun loungers and four parasols, offering a choice of sun or shade throughout the day. Four movable side tables provide convenient space for drinks or books, while a rattan swing chair offers a peaceful spot to relax.
The shaded outdoor kitchenette includes a BBQ, pizza oven, drinks fridge, worktop and a dining table for six, creating an excellent setting for al-fresco meals. For added entertainment, guests can also enjoy a table tennis table, a table football table, and a dartboard.
