Outdoor Living

The villa’s spacious pool terrace is designed for relaxation and sociable moments. It features sun loungers, parasols, multiple beanbags, a poolside shower, and a shaded dining area with a table and chairs. A comfortable seating area provides a relaxing corner for your morning coffee or an evening drink, while the bar area with mini-fridge and sink adds a practical touch. A BBQ and table tennis table complete the outdoor space for perfect al fresco dining and entertainment. The private swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m with a depth ranging from 1.3–1.7m.

Modern, Spacious Interiors

Inside the main villa, the ground floor hosts an open-plan living and dining area with a large L-shaped sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an integrated oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A central island with seating for six offers a natural gathering place. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace, making indoor-outdoor living effortless. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

Bedrooms

The first floor features the master bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, Jacuzzi bath, Smart TV, and balcony with partial sea views. A rear terrace with seating is also accessible from the landing. On the second floor, you’ll find a spacious en-suite double bedroom with an apex ceiling (restricted height in places), a mini kitchenette, and access to a large furnished roof terrace with panoramic views of Kalkan Bay.

The Apartment

A few steps down from the pool terrace level, the self-contained apartment offers two en-suite bedrooms, its own lounge area with a sofa, TV, coffee table, cot, and workstation, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, sink, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. This space is perfect for guests wanting extra privacy or for families with older children.
