The infinity pool and pool terrace provide wonderful views across the Bay. The spacious terrace is furnished with sunbeds and parasols and also has comfortable seating areas from which to relax and enjoy a coffee and take in the view or curl up with a book. An outdoor dining table with seating for 10 people and a BBQ provide for al fresco dining.

Sitting Room:
A sitting room can be found on the ground floor providing a relaxing area with a sofa, corner chaise longue, coffee table and a flat screen TV provides UK Channels, Sky, Sky Sports, Netflix etc. Guests can access the pool terrace from this area through the large, glass sliding doors.
Bedroom 3 & 4 are located on this floor (see details in the Bedroom section).
A staircase leads up to the first floor which provides another bedroom, and an open plan living space of the main kitchen, dining and living area.
First Floor:
The spacious living area is complete with a large L-shaped sofa, armchair, coffee table, fireplace and TV plus an assortment of board games and books. A well-equipped kitchen provides modern appliances and features a large island with seating for 7 guests with space for 3 more guests at the adjoining island dining table. Guests can also access a balcony through the sliding doors of the kitchen where you will find an external dining table which seats 10 guests and has wonderful views of the bay which provides a beautiful backdrop for a dinner with family and friends. The balcony is also furnished with 2 sunbeds.
