Villa Poyraz’s private pool terrace is the perfect place to unwind in the sun or enjoy sunset drinks with sea views. The pool measures approximately 9.5m x 3.5m with a depth of 1.7m and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, parasols, pool table for added entertainment, and a dining table for eight. A built-in BBQ, sink, and preparation area make al fresco meals easy to enjoy,  whether you’re cooking up a feast yourself or using our private chef service.

The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light thanks to full-width sliding glass doors that frame the stunning sea views and connect seamlessly with the terrace. Inside, you’ll find a relaxed, neutral-toned lounge with an L-shaped sofa, large flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. Adjacent is the dining area with a table for 8 guests, positioned to make the most of the outlook.

The modern kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances including an oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. The central island features bar stools, a great place to gather for morning coffee or evening drinks.
