Living Spaces

Villa Orange is built across three floors and offers a calm and stylish holiday in a convenient part of Kalkan. On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by an open-plan living area with armchairs and sofas positioned around a coffee table and wood-burner, perfect for cosy evenings during the cooler months. A large Smart TV is provided, offering access to streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and more.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self-catered stay, including a gas hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. A dining table with seating for six is near the kitchen, with sliding doors leading straight out to the pool terrace.

A cloakroom is also available on this floor.

The Villa has a security alarm system.

Bedrooms

Villa Orange has three en-suite bedrooms across the upper two floors. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with wardrobes, dressing tables, TVs and access to a shared balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee in the sunshine.

The master suite occupies the entire second floor and features a double bed, Smart TV and en-suite shower room. From here, sliding doors open onto a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi bath and two chairs, the perfect place to unwind with views of the surrounding mountains.

Outdoor Living

Villa Orange’s outdoor spaces are as peaceful as they are private. The marble-tiled swimming pool measures approximately 7.5m x 3.5m x 1.5m deep, with step access into the water and pool towels provided. Just a few steps up from the pool, guests can lounge on sunbeds or find shade under the trees. The lower garden features a relaxing seating set, ideal for an afternoon read or evening drink.

A pool shower is available, and the outdoor area is surrounded by mature palm and olive trees that provide both natural shade and a sense of seclusion throughout the day.
