With four bedrooms (three doubles and one twin), the villa accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably, with the option of an additional single bed in the master bedroom to sleep 9 if required.

The villa is ideally located for access to Kalamar’s local restaurants and shops, and Kalkan’s Old Town is just a short 5-minute taxi ride away or a leisurely 25-minute walk.

Outdoor Living

The pool terrace enjoys breathtaking sea and mountain views. It has a private pool (approx. 11m x 5m x 1.5m depth) with an integrated jacuzzi. Surrounding it, there are 8 sun loungers with parasols, a shaded pergola with a dining table for 8 guests and multiple comfortable seating areas where you can relax with a book or enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a stone BBQ to make al fresco dinners simple.

Interiors

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. You will find an L-shaped sofa and additional seating, a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime, as well as a portable JBL Bluetooth speaker. 

The modern kitchen is well-equipped for a self-catered stay including: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and water cooler. There is also a breakfast bar with stools that adds more prep space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table seating 8 and there is a WC located on this floor.
