This beautifully restored house retains its traditional features while offering everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a private walled garden, a sun-drenched roof terrace with sea views, and fully air-conditioned interiors.

Designed over three floors, Villa Minik comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms. There is also an additional low-ceiling roof room with a double bed, suitable for children only due to the height restriction.

Living Areas

On the ground floor, you’ll find a traditional-style living room with comfortable seating alongside an equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and everything needed for self-catering. The kitchen opens directly onto the walled garden, a lovely and shaded space for meals outdoors. This floor also includes a shower room.

Bedrooms

Upstairs, the main double bedroom has access to a lovely wooden balcony overlooking the street that winds down to the beach. The second double bedroom is compact but cosy, and both rooms are fully air-conditioned. A second shower room is also on this floor.

Up another flight of stairs, there’s a bonus roof room with a low ceiling and double bed, best suited for children or teens. On the top floor you’ll also find a WC and washing machine.

Outdoor Space

The private walled garden is a peaceful place to dine or enjoy a morning coffee, with a table and four chairs under the shade of surrounding walls. On the small roof terrace, two sunbeds and a refreshing outdoor shower provide a relaxing place to unwind while taking in sea and rooftop views.
