The outdoor pool is 60m2 and can be heated (which must be requested at time of booking if required). The terraces surrounding the main pool are luxuriously furnished with sun loungers, double day beds, hanging rattan swing chairs and cushioned seating furniture from which to relax and enjoy as your day begins. There is also an extendable canopy near the waterfall which offers you shade too.

Should you need a quieter respite area there is a hammock at the side of the property which offers a shaded area from which to relax in with a book.

For the more active guests there is an outdoor entertainment area which consists of pool table, table tennis, dart board plus a rattan seating area for spectators to enjoy supporting from. To one side of the entertainment area there is a marble topped outside bar area.

There is also a dining area from which to enjoy al fresco dining and a stone BBQ for guest’s use. The lights from the waterfall area create a magical ambience for evening dining and the outdoor Sonos sound system enables you to enjoy your favourite music from throughout the property and the terrace.

The stylish design continues inside the property with the cool marble floors and contemporary furnishing complemented by tasteful artwork.

The generous open plan living area comprises a lounge, dining room, kitchen, cloakroom, and reading area. The 75″ Samsung TV with Sonos surround sound and IPTV offers a great opportunity of watching a movie or sports event together. The Villa has high speed wifi.

The fully equipped kitchen has Bosch and Siemens appliances and a large 14 seater marble dining table offers a fantastic opportunity for all guests to enjoy dining together. Glass doors open up onto the poolside terrace from this area and at the rear of the property sliding glass doors also open to gain access to the outdoor entertainment area.

Lower ground floor:
(the 2 bedrooms on this floor cannot be accessed internally from the main part of the vIlla so are not suitable for small children occupying them on their own).
This floor level is accessed down steps which lead down from the pool terrace and hosts the following:

Gym – fair conditioned and fully equipped with multi gym, exercise bike, weights bench, dumbbells, barbells, free weights, Swiss ball, exercise bike and Smart TV.
Cinema/Video games room – (which can be used as 7th bedroom) furnished with full double sofa bed. The room also has a 65″ Samsung TV with surround sound and an X box. The room also has an ensuite shower, WC facilities and there is a refrigerator to keep your drinks chilled.

Both the above bedrooms are furnished with bespoke fitted wardrobes and dressing areas. They share a balcony which is accessed through the sliding bedroom doors and it offers a great opportunity to sit and enjoy the panoramic views of the Mediterranean and surrounding mountains.

This Suite offers fantastic views from its dual aspect glass doors which open up to a generously sized terrace furnished with a cushioned sofa set and 2 rattan hanging swing chairs. A large private jacuzzi joins onto a 10m plunge pool which has a shallow level ideal for 2 sun loungers. A waterfall cascades into the infinity pool below.

Second Floor:
Double bedroom with bespoke fitted wardrobes, a dressing area and an ensuite with jacuzzi bath and shower. Full height glass doors provide access to a private wrap around roof terrace furnished with sun loungers and a swing chair from which to curl up with a book and relax or enjoy the amazing views.
