The open-plan living space on the ground floor is modern and welcoming, with comfortable seating, a satellite TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. There’s a dining table adjacent to the sleek kitchen, well-equipped with appliances including a fridge/freezer with icemaker, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Glass doors lead directly onto the pool terrace, offering easy movement between inside and out. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
