Outdoor Living

The impressive infinity-edge pool (14.5m x 4.5m, depth 1.7m) is complemented by an integrated jacuzzi and surrounded by a large sun terrace with eight sun loungers, side tables, and a shaded pergola for cooling off. A dining area and a BBQ makes the perfect place for al fresco dinners as the sun sets over the Bay. A lower terrace which is accessed from steps near the pool or from the lower ground bedrooms features a full-sized table tennis table, and there’s also a shaded garden area for extra peace and privacy.

An outside shower is located at the rear of the property.

Interiors

Large glass doors frame the incredible views on every floor, flooding the villa with natural light. The open-plan living space includes an equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances, breakfast bar with stools, and a dining table. The lounge area is furnished with two sofas and a large Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Premier League Football and Apple TV.

A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor, along with access to a wraparound terrace.

Bedrooms

All five bedrooms are en-suite and air-conditioned, each with their own terrace or balcony access and sea or mountain views.
