Situated in the quiet residential area of Ortalaan, Villa Caretta enjoys a prime position just 10–15 minutes’ walk from Kalkan’s picturesque Old Town and harbour, and only 5–10 minutes from local shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. With everything close at hand, a car is not required.

Set over three floors, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six adults across three air-conditioned bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). Two bedrooms are en-suite, and the villa also features a raised covered terrace overlooking the pool, a mature garden for added privacy and a spectacular roof terrace with panoramic views across Kalkan Bay and the surrounding mountains.

While the pool terrace itself does not have sea views, the generous space, lush garden setting and breathtaking outlook from the upper levels more than compensate, offering both character and charm in abundance.

The courtyard-style garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped with mature trees, exotic flowers and shrubs, creating a tranquil and private setting. The private swimming pool is maintained daily, ensuring crystal-clear water throughout your stay. Pool Dimensions are 7m x 3.5m, with a depth of 1.5m.

A raised platform with sun loungers provides the perfect spot for soaking up the sun, while shaded seating areas offer respite during warmer hours. There is also an al-fresco dining area and BBQ, making outdoor meals easy and enjoyable in the relaxed garden surroundings.

Living Area & Kitchen

The ground floor features a bright open-plan lounge and kitchen area designed for easy holiday living. The comfortable seating area includes a flat-screen TV, and balcony doors lead directly out to the courtyard garden and pool terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and filter coffee machine, along with a dining table that seats up to eight guests. Whether preparing a simple breakfast or a family dinner, everything you need for a self-catering stay is readily available. A guest cloakroom with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower and WC are also located on this level.

Bedrooms

Villa Caretta’s three bedrooms are arranged over the first and second floors, offering privacy and comfort for all guests. On the first floor, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both feature en-suite shower rooms and private balconies overlooking the pool and garden — lovely spots to enjoy the morning light.

The second floor hosts a further double bedroom tucked into the eaves, creating a cosy and characterful retreat. (Please note that ceiling height is slightly limited in some areas.) A separate bathroom with WC and basin (but no shower) serves this level. From here, you can step directly onto the villa’s expansive roof terrace.
