Step outside onto the expansive pool terrace where marble finishes meet views across Kalkan Bay. The private saltwater infinity pool (10m x 4m x 1.5m) includes a shallow area ideal for children, ensuring the whole family can enjoy the sun-soaked days. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, 2 parasols, a shaded al fresco dining area for 8, and a comfortable seating set. A portable BBQ is provided for easy outdoor dining with a view. Whilst poolside views are partially obscured by surrounding landscape, the upper floor of the villa provides spectacular, uninterrupted views of the sea and Islands.

The villa’s open-plan living space is decorated in calming neutrals and flooded with natural light. The lounge features soft contemporary seating, a Smart TV with Netflix, and glass doors that lead out to the terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A dining table for 8 sits at the heart of the kitchen, perfect for group meals or relaxed breakfasts before the day begins.
