The pool is accessed by roman steps and is approx 8m x 4m

The pool terrace is quite spacious and has 6 sunloungers with side tables and parasols offering its guests a lovely day environment to enjoy. On one side of the terrace is a table with 6 chairs and a recessed area with a comfortable seating set and small table to enjoy a morning coffee from.

On entering the gate of the property there are a few steps that take you down to the main front door – on entering through this you are taken into the contemporary open plan living spaces of a lounge area with sofas, coffee table and a flat screen wall mounted TV. A beautiful decorative fireplace stands in this area and on the other side of it is a contemporary wooden dining table with 8 chairs with a lovely poolside view – access to the pool terrace is through sliding doors. On one side of this delightful property is a lovely kitchen area with island and breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and water dispenser machine. Sliding doors from the kitchen area lead out onto the side garden area.

A bedroom with ensuite is found on this floor making it ideal for those guests who don’t wish to have too many stairs (can be made as double or twin).

A cloakroom with washing machine is also located on this level.
