Villa Azure offers the ultimate holiday experience for both small and large groups. Located in the heart of picturesque Kalamar Bay in Kalkan, and being only a 5-minute walk to Kalamar Beach Club, it offers its guests a relaxing environment to enjoy a family holiday. The Villa is exceptionally spacious inside and out, and is full of interior design touches to ensure that luxury and comfort are offered.

Outdoor Living at Villa Azure

The pool, which is kidney-shaped and is accessible by integral steps, can be heated at an extra cost – ideal for those early Spring or late Autumn months. The pool terrace has 8 sun loungers and three parasols. There is a dining table with eight chairs beneath a pergola for al-fresco dining, and a stone-built BBQ is also provided. 

A comfortable sofa set with a coffee table can be found under the palm tree. To the side of the villa is an elevated area with ottoman seating and table tennis for those guests who feel energetic.  A poolside shower and rotary dryer can also be found in this location.

Pool and Terrace

The large kidney shaped infinity pool is surrounded by substantial marble terraces in full sun with plenty of shaded areas and gardens and a BBQ is provided for al fresco dining.
The pool is an irregular shape but approx 10m length by 5m width and the depth is 1.2m. There is a stepped platform at one end with a depth of 8 inches.
A table tennis is also provided for guests enjoyment.

The pool can be heated for £150 per wk.

Living Areas

On entering the property through the front door a hallway leads guests into a spacious living area with sofas, chair and coffee table from which to relax and unwind on. WiFi, IPTV with a flat screen TV has English channels, Blu-Ray DVD player, Wii and music docking stations provide entertainment.The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A kitchen island with 2 bar stools and a dining table with 8 chairs provide seating options. Sliding doors from the kitchen and living area provide access to the pool terrace.

There is also a cloakroom on this floor level and a washing machine is situated within that room too.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms have sea views and balconies.

First floor:
This floor is dedicated to three very spacious bedrooms.
The first double room to the right, has a high wooden circular ceiling plus an ensuite shower room. Sliding doors provide access to the large wrap-around balcony. This is furnished with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the sea views across Kalamar Bay.The middle room is a twin (which can be made to a double) – with en-suite shower room and sliding doors to access the shared balcony.The master bedroom on this floor is light and airy with a dressing area and a large en-suite shower room. There is also an armchair and ottoman on which to relax. Sliding doors access the shared balcony with a further two chairs and a coffee table.

All the bedrooms have a dressing table with chair and wardrobes.

Second Floor:
Twin bedroom (suitable for young children or teens)
Double room (Queen size bed)
Both these rooms share a shower room.

The twin room on this floor gives access to a roof terrace which has a stone cushioned seated area and bar with fridge and sink area. A shaded pergola provides respite from the sun.
