Villa 360

The property has an infinity pool with steps access and an integrated jacuzzi (approx dimensions: 12m x 3.2 m x 1.2m deep) – it can be heated for an additional cost – please request this at time of booking if required.

There is also a deck pool (approx 3m x 5m x 0.3m deep)

The terrace is furnished with sunloungers, parasols and a comfortable sofa area with coffee table. An outdoor bar is also available with 5 bar stools and has plastic glasses for use around the terrace.

The bar also has drinks optics which you can use with your duty free purchases or the drinks can be ordered in advance through ourselves.

Villa Lounge

The lounge on the ground floor has a galleried landing that offers a full double-height ceiling with full height glass patio doors opening onto the sun terrace and pool area with table tennis table, where you can absorb panoramic views of the town of Kalkan and its bay

The lounge has a large luxurious mink colored L shaped sofa decorated tastefully with metallic accents (with permission prior to departure can be used as a sofa bed) with chairs to comfortably accommodate your group, a large TV with English satellite and DVD player, a sound system and amplifier streams music to inbuilt speakers inside and out on the terrace

The lounge area is open plan to the kitchen

Kitchen

A well-proportioned kitchen allows for cooking for your group – high specification appliances including a stainless integrated dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. It has a modern gas hob with a glass finish and a modern extractor with grey satin cupboards with metallic detailing. The kitchen is well stocked to deal with all cooking/catering needs

The kitchen table matches the kitchen and will comfortably sit all guests to make any cooking experience a social activity (especially if you book a private chef experience prior to your departure)From the kitchen you can appreciate the views through full-width patio doors to two sides – one opening onto the pool sun terrace and views of Kalkan bay and the other opening onto the poolside bar, with a pool table

This spacious room is furnished with a luxurious over-sized bed and enjoys an en-suite Jacuzzi bathroom accessed through floor to ceiling glass doors where you can enjoy a Jacuzzi bath overlooking Kalkan. The bedroom has full-width wardrobes with a dressing table area.
The bathroom is furnished with a Jacuzzi bath overlooking the bay plus a huge rain-shower and handheld shower.

From the bedroom, just walk through the full width patio doors onto a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy the uninterrupted views over the bay (this room can also easily accommodate a cot plus single bed)

Roof top

The bedroom opens out onto the furnished roof terrace which offers panoramic 360 views of Kalkan, a seating area, rooftop jacuzzi tub and four poster for star gazing.

Pool Suite:
One-bedroom Suite – This double master bedroom is decorated in white, teal, and petrol blue and benefits from a dressing table area and large double wardrobes. The bedroom is situated within its own apartment which provides a full lounge, a kitchenette and dining area and a shower-room (sleeps 2 but can sleep 4 if using the cinema room connecting door or 6 if further beds are utilized in the lounge area)

Suite Lounge– comfy sofas and chairs and a large television provides a cool relaxing area (Cinema/games room can be accessed from the lounge through a connecting door)

Suite Kitchenette/Dining area – providing tea/coffee making facilities, a washing machine, fridge, and microwave plus a dining table and chairs that sits 4 people

Suite Shower-room – a generously sized shower room with wet room style rain-shower and handheld shower

Film/games room:
The cinema room is accessed via a few steps at the side of the pool – this is perfect for the film watcher or for those that love a games console. The gorgeous linen sofas offer a comfy relaxing atmosphere to get out of the sun and catch up on some viewing or play games on the Play Station, the WII or the X-box.

For large parties with prior permission, the sofa can also convert to another large double bed should you need it and the cinema room can become another double bedroom using the bathroom in the apartment – this must be arranged prior to arrival.

Private Gym:
Gym contains exercise bikes, treadmill, x-trainer, weights, exercise mats, yoga balls, and other handheld equipment. The gym is accessed via a few steps at the side of the pool where there is also a football table.
