This floor of the villa features a luminous open-plan living space with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and flat screen TV. It has a well-equipped kitchen including: oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine and dishwasher, accompanied by a dining table with 6 chairs and underneath the stairs, there is also a washing machine. Double doors open to a furnished terrace where guests can lounge by the pool, enjoy al fresco meals, or sip drinks at the outdoor bar.

Private Pool Terrace

The private pool is a standout feature with both steps and ladder entry plus sunken bar seating, perfect for cooling off whilst enjoying a drink. The terrace also has 4 sun loungers and 2 cushioned sunbathing mattresses, 2 parasols, as well as a shaded sofa set for afternoon relaxation.
