Outdoor Living

Saray Apartment offers wonderful outdoor spaces across multiple balconies, all boasting fabulous sea views. The main balcony is particularly well equipped, featuring an outdoor kitchenette with a sink and fridge, a BBQ, and a relaxed seating area with a sofa and bean bags, perfect for enjoying the views at any time of day. There is another balcony leading from the open-plan kitchen/lounge which has a dining table where you can enjoy al fresco meals together under the stars. Guests also have access to a spacious communal wrap-around swimming pool and parasols exclusively for Saray Apartment guests.

Entrance Level (Lower Floor):

Saray Apartment enjoys open-plan living areas with a kitchen that’s equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, including: an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The lounge features an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, TV, and a dining table for 6 that sits just off the lounge area.

From the lounge, you can access a balcony with stunning sea views and an outdoor dining area. On this floor there is a single bedroom off the lounge, with an adjacent shower room. 

Top Floor (accessed via two private staircases):

  • Bedroom 1: Double room with en-suite shower room, private balcony with seating and stunning views over Kalkan Bay and the islands beyond.
  • Bedroom 2: Configurable as a double or twin, with en-suite shower room, sea and mountain views, and direct access to the spacious main balcony.

Communal Pool

The large communal swimming pool is shared with 5 other apartments, accessed by a flight of steps. It has a wrap-around design with plenty of space for sunbathing. Relax whilst watching fabulous Bay and harbour views from this terrace or enjoy reading a book.
