Open-Plan Living & Pool Access

Step into a light-filled open-plan kitchen and living area, equipped with everything needed for a self-catered holiday. The modern kitchen features a large fridge-freezer, built-in microwave and oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, water cooler, and a marble dining table with seating for 8.

The living room is styled around a marble fireplace with a wood burner, making the villa suitable for year-round stays. Two large sofas and an armchair surround a coffee table, while a Smart TV offers entertainment for cosy evenings in. Sliding doors lead directly out to the pool terrace. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

Four Sea-View Bedrooms Across Two Floors

Each of the villa’s four bedrooms is individually styled and includes their own private balcony with sea views, bedside tables, wardrobes, and en-suite facilities:

• First Floor: One twin bedroom and one spacious double bedroom. The twin features a balcony and en-suite shower room. The double offers two balconies and lots of storage space.

• Second Floor: Two further double bedrooms. One is slightly smaller with a semi-open-plan shower/WC setup. The other is larger with two sea-view balconies and a full en-suite bathroom.

Third Floor: Roof Terrace with Outdoor Kitchen

At the top floor of the villa, you’ll find a small kitchenette with a drinks fridge, sink, and dishwasher, ideal for preparing evening drinks or rooftop dinners. A separate WC is also located here. A glass door leads to the furnished roof terrace, complete with a large marble dining table under a pergola and a built-in outdoor fireplace. From here, enjoy uninterrupted views over Kalkan Bay.

The freshwater pool is accessed via a step-ladder and is surrounded by eight cushioned loungers, parasols, and a shaded pergola with dining table for 8.
