Located within the Lykia Estate, the villa offers not only a private swimming pool but also shared access to a large communal pool, (fee payable) all just a flat five-minute walk to the heart of Kalkan’s vibrant dining scene, shops, and harbour.

Living Spaces

The open-plan layout on the ground floor sets the tone for contemporary Mediterranean living. With travertine flooring, a cool colour palette, and full-height windows that fill the space with light, Villa Serin Ev truly lives up to its name,  translating to “cool house.” A modern, well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, cafetière, and water cooler, complemented by a breakfast bar with five stools.

The split-level living area features comfortable seating, a large TV and dedicated office space,  ideal for remote working or simply staying connected. French doors open directly onto the terrace and a separate utility room houses the washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Across three floors, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in five tastefully furnished bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 (First Floor) – King-size bed, private balcony with magnificent sea views, en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
• Bedroom 2 (First Floor) – Large Double bedroom and sea facing balcony.

• Bedroom 3 (First Floor) – Double bedroom with balcony.

• Bedroom 4 (Ground Floor) – Twin beds, adjacent to ground floor shower room 

There are 2 shower rooms with washbasin and WC for use of guests in bedrooms 2, 3 and 4. One is located on the first floor and the other is on the ground floor.

• Bedroom 5 (Ground Floor) – Double bed and shower room with basin and WC.

All bedrooms are designed to maximise comfort, with natural textures and soft lighting. The top floor leads directly to the furnished roof terrace, a serene place to enjoy sundowners with spectacular views of Kalkan Bay.

Outdoor Living

The private pool terrace is one of Villa Serin Ev’s highlights, offering uninterrupted views of the Bay and beyond. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and comfortable seating, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. A dining table seats 10, making it ideal for relaxed meals or evening gatherings. There’s also a stone BBQ.

Guests benefit from access to a large communal pool on the Lykia Estate which is great for swimming laps or meeting other holidaymakers in a relaxed setting.

The roof terrace at Villa Serin Ev offers captivating vantage points. Elevated above the town and framed by far-reaching views across the Bay, this space has been designed for quiet reflection and memorable evenings. Furnished in 2024, it has cushioned seating and a coffee table, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or to sip a chilled glass of wine as the sun sets. Whether used for quiet moments alone with a book or shared evenings with friends and family, it’s a breathtaking part of the villa.
