Step inside to find bright, open spaces filled with natural light. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need – refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, and cookware – all finished with warm wood accents.

The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, air conditioning, and internet, with large doors opening directly to the pool terrace. A private elevator from the indoor garage offers convenient access across floors, making the villa ideal for guests of all ages.

For wellness and leisure, the lower ground floor houses a private gym and games room, providing an active balance to lazy days by the pool.
