Living Areas

Villa Tashla’s light-filled ground floor is open-plan in design, combining a kitchen, dining area, and lounge, all composed to take full advantage of the incredible views. Patio doors lead directly out to the pool terrace.

The living area includes a comfortable seating arrangement, coffee table, TV, DVD player and a cosy fireplace, perfect for off-season holidays. The dining table seats 6 and the kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer, washing machine, high chair, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Patio doors from this level which open out onto the pool terrace provide magnificent views over Kalkan Bay.

Villa Tashla offers three well-sized double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and sea-view balconies:

• Bedroom 1 (First Floor): A large double with en-suite shower, TV, and private balcony boasting stunning views over Kalkan Bay.

Pool and Outdoor Space

Villa Tashla features a private 8m x 4m pool with a depth of 1.7m and has a ladder and steps for easy access. The surrounding terrace has sun loungers, parasols, and relaxed seating. A shaded dining area sits just outside the villa’s main entrance, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or evening meals. There’s also a shower to use by the pool.

Situated in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan, this property is approx. a 15 minute walk to the Old Town and harbour as well as a 10-15 minute walk to local supermarkets. There is also easy access to Kalkan town centre by car or taxi if you’d prefer.
