The pool terrace has rattan sun-loungers arranged around it and a large cantilevered umbrella
There is a shaded dining area which seats eight, and another poolside area that has a comfortable L shaped sofa with coffee table and two arm chairs.
There is also a BBQ
There is a courtyard garden that is furnished with table and chairs.
Lower garden – lawned area, with cabana-style double lounger overlooking Kalkan bay.
A separate spa and leisure area, including gym, sauna and cinema room can be found within the villa’s extensive grounds.
Ground floor:
Lounge – the lounge has a leather sofa, coffee table, rocking chair, plus a wall-mounted flat screen TV facing the sofa. The courtyard garden can be accessed from one end of the Lounge and at the opposite end, there are three sets of doors leading out to the pool terrace.
Kitchen – fully fitted, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine.
Twin bedroom – (22 square metres) with en-suite shower room.
There is also a WC Cloakroom located on this level.
Penthouse level:
Top floor – entrance level:
This floor offers a very generous 100 square metres of space and features two unusually large master bedrooms, both of which have stunning en-suite wet rooms and indoor Jacuzzi bathtubs. These bedrooms share a private terrace with glorious sea views. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable seating set, and a rattan ‘egg’ chair.
Each bedroom has a double-size bed, ample wardrobe space, vanity unit and a Jacuzzi positioned to take advantage of the sea views. Both have en-suite shower rooms with Jack & Jill basins.
Stairs lead down from this level to the ground floor accommodation level where there is a Twin bedroom – (22 square metres) with en-suite shower room.
