Location & Overview

Set just 80 metres from the shoreline in the sought-after Komurluk area, Villa La Vie enjoys a superb location close to the heart of Kalkan. The town square, harbour and public beach are approximately 5–10 minutes away on foot, while Zest Beach Club, Palm Beach Club and Denizim Beach Club can all be reached within around 5–6 minutes.

The main pool terrace is the heart of Villa La Vie, centred around an impressive saltwater infinity pool designed to make the most of the spectacular views. The pool incorporates a shallow section with two submerged sunbeds and a raised spa area, creating several different spaces for swimming, relaxing and cooling off.

Comfortable cushioned sun loungers and parasols surround the pool, while shaded seating areas beneath leafy Mediterranean planting provide a welcome retreat from the sun. Faux-grass areas soften the extensive stone terrace, while the villa’s carefully designed landscaping creates a relaxed and natural atmosphere.

Adjacent to the pool is a shaded al-fresco dining and entertaining area with a BBQ, outdoor kitchenette and bar. Ceiling and misting fans, together with automated awnings, keep the space comfortable throughout the day, while patio heaters are available during cooler periods. An outdoor shower, Bluetooth sound system and table football add further touches to this exceptional entertaining space.

A second saltwater spa pool is located on the upper terrace and can be accessed via external stone steps. Seating six to eight guests, this warm, bubbling spa offers one of the villa’s most spectacular viewpoints, allowing guests to enjoy a drink while taking in completely uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay. During the cooler months, the spa can be heated.

Inside, Villa La Vie combines contemporary comfort with distinctive traditional Turkish touches. The entrance is particularly striking, featuring an ornate hand-carved wooden door set within a beautifully preserved 120-year-old hand-carved mirror frame.

The spacious open-plan living area incorporates a fully equipped quartz kitchen, breakfast bar and walk-in pantry, alongside a large dining area with a unique 10-person wooden dining table crafted from a 90-year-old door. A traditional stone wall and French wood-burning fireplace separate the kitchen and dining space from the comfortable lounge.

The lounge features generous seating, ottoman benches, a coffee table and a large Smart TV with satellite television and extensive IPTV packages, including international and sports channels. Guests can also access their own Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming accounts.

A separate sitting area provides a peaceful spot for reading or relaxing, while a six-person dry-heat sauna and full bathroom are located nearby. A utility area with a washing machine and dryer is also provided.
