Location & Overview

Perched above Kalkan in a peaceful hillside setting, Villa Falcon Lodge enjoys panoramic views while remaining within easy reach of the town centre. A short three-minute drive brings you to Kalkan’s harbour, beach clubs, restaurants and boutique shops, making the villa an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration. Please note that there are approximately 15 steps down to the villa entrance, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Pool Terrace & Outdoor Living

The outdoor area at Villa Falcon Lodge is designed to accommodate larger groups in comfort. The impressive 20m infinity pool (5m wide and 1.5m deep) offers ample space for exercise and relaxation, featuring Roman steps for easy access and a built-in Jacuzzi system. A separate children’s pool (2m x 2m) makes the space ideal for families.

Plenty of high-quality sunbeds and parasols surround the pool, while two large pergolas offer welcome shade during the summer months. The outdoor dining furniture and BBQ area allow guests to make the most of the idyllic setting, with established gardens featuring orange, lemon, banana and pepper trees adding to the villa’s charm and privacy.

Living Area

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout comprising the lounge, dining area, kitchen and utility room. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a large corner sofa (which converts into a sofa bed), a chaise lounge, and armchairs arranged around a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and iPod docking stations, creating a welcoming space to unwind.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering, featuring soft-close cabinetry, an island breakfast table, a cooker and hob, a built-in microwave, and an American-style fridge-freezer. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron for added convenience.

Large glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace, introducing you to the Mediterranean indoor–outdoor living and framing the spectacular views.
