Villa Lalin

Villa Lalin is a 3 bedroom all ensuite property with its own pool. It’s located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan and is close to local restaurants and supermarkets and approx 15/20 mins walk to the many bars, shops and restaurants in the Old Town or a quick taxi ride away.

The property has 2 double bedrooms and a twin room.

The pool terrace provides a lovely relaxing area throughout the day and is stylishly furnished with sun loungers, parasols, swing seat and a wooden decking area with shaded cover housing double sun mattresses. An outdoor dining table with 6 chairs is also provided along with a cushioned L shaped sofa and coffee table for further relaxation. The pool is generously sized at 9m x 4m and 1.5m deep and has steps entry. There is a seperate jacuzzi too.

The living area and kitchen are open plan providing a lovely spacious area for relaxing and socialising within your group.
