Cliff House is a One bedroom Room with a View and Private Infinity Pool.

The views, as you would expect are breathtaking. It also has the benefit of hotel services from Hotel Villa Mahal a prestigious hotel in Kalkan.

The open plan split level room is presented over two storeys; upstairs has a large double bedroom with ensuite shower/WC. Downstairs there is a sitting and dining area complete with sofa from which to appreciate the wonderful sea views from and a table for 2 from which to enjoy a coffee or room service. French windows open out onto a large private terrace and garden with private swimming pool.

The Cliff House is situated close to the Beach Club therefore has the easiest access to the sea. The views are spectacular no matter what your vantage point.

Guests of the Cliff House benefit from all hotel services and facilities (see further details below) – the Hotel also has a freshwater swimming pool which guests of the Cliff House are welcome to use – dimensions: 9 x 19m (triangular), depth: 2.00m – so if you would like to drift off whilst having a massage at the Hotel’s Spa or would just like to relax at the onsite Mahal Beach Club or even have a romantic candlelight waterside dinner – anything is possible without having to leave the grounds.

If you feel like exploring beyond the immediate surroundings, the complimentary Mahal water taxi offers a wonderfully scenic and effortless journey across the bay, delivering you straight to the vibrant harbour. From there, you can soak up the charm of Kalkan Town—its inviting restaurants, boutique shops, and lively evening atmosphere. And when you’re ready to return, a short 10-minute car taxi ride brings you back in comfort, making it easy to linger a little longer and enjoy the magic of Kalkan into the early hours.
