The fully fitted kitchen features a central island with hobs and breakfast seating, complemented by sleek appliances and ample storage. The dining area, with a table seating ten, sits at the front of the space to make the most of the views, while the comfortable lounge area provides the perfect setting for relaxation, complete with a large-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and ambient recessed lighting.

A cloakroom WC is available on this level which also houses the washing machine.

A dramatic architectural feature —a double-height expanse of glass —floods the interior with natural light, enhancing the villa’s sense of space and connection to the outdoors. From here, a floating staircase ascends to the upper levels (please note there are no handrails, so care is advised with young children).

Just two steps down from the living area is bedroom one, a twin en-suite room with sea views and direct access to a private terrace through sliding glass doors.
