Sea View Pool Terrace

The pool (which has the option of heating at an extra cost for those cooler months) and the spacious terrace at Villa Kamasa offer a place of tranquillity for its guests whilst soaking up the breathtaking views. The Infinity-edge swimming pool provides a panoramic vista including views of the islands and a separate jacuzzi, sun decks with double beds and loungers provide a contemporary feel to this amazing villa. Shade is provided by a large cantilever parasol plus two smaller parasols.

The shaded alfresco dining area lends itself to a respite for guests from the midday sun. A bar area with seating enhances the terrace experience, offering a breezy, social corner to sip drinks, enjoy music from the Sonos system with four outdoor speakers and take in the stunning views over Kalamar Bay. There is also a table tennis table for those competitive moments.

Stylish Indoor Living

Villa Kamasa’s ground floor/entrance level opens into a bright, open-plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen housing an oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, two waist-height dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machine, Blender, and Nutribullet. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and ice maker. Also on this floor is a cloakroom, a WC, a bedroom (double bed plus single bed) with a wet floor shower ensuite. This floor provides a wonderful panoramic view, and its bifold doors open directly onto the spacious deck and pool terrace, bringing the outdoors into the property.

First floor hosts three further ensuite bedrooms, each with spectacular bay views—two doubles (one also with a single bed) and one twin room, all ensuite. The middle room is a large bedroom with sliding doors to a balcony inside the atrium and a large ensuite bathroom.

Top floor master suite with ensuite includes a private terrace and glass doors that disappear into the cavity wall, giving the ultimate uninterrupted view from your king size bed. A fridge is also provided in this room.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and fans, too.
