Outdoor living

Villa Eagles Lodge is built to maximise outdoor living, with uninterrupted views over Kalkan and the glistening Mediterranean Sea. The centrepiece is the magnificent 18m x 5m infinity pool (heating available at additional cost), complete with an integrated jacuzzi for guests to relax and soak in the surroundings. Roman steps provide easy access to the pool, and the shallow end (approx. 1.5m deep) is ideal for gentle swimming.

The expansive terrace is equipped with 12 sun loungers, parasols for shade, and various outdoor seating areas to fully enjoy the sunshine or escape into a shaded corner with a book or for the more competitive in the group table tennis is provided. A large stone BBQ and a covered al fresco dining area creates the perfect setting for leisurely outdoor meals. Beautifully maintained gardens with colourful potted plants add to the atmosphere of tranquillity. Importantly, Villa Eagles Lodge offers a peaceful, exclusive retreat.

Interiors

Stepping inside, you are welcomed by a cool, airy open-plan living space. The living room features an L-shaped sofa, a second sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a side table, all designed to enjoy the panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead directly to the pool terrace. A large flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi plus table football ensures indoor entertainment is well catered for.

Adjacent to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the utensils needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A dining table seating 12 provides a sociable space for indoor meals.

For convenience, a utility area is also provided, including a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer. There is a Cloakroom located here too.

Bedrooms

Villa Eagles Lodge offers six spacious bedrooms, all of which have access to private balconies or terraces, en-suites, air-conditioning, wardrobes, and vanity units. Each bedroom is carefully designed to ensure comfort and privacy, making it ideal for groups. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms.

Each bathroom is finished to a high standard, and hairdryers and full-length mirrors are provided for guests use. The design ensures that all guests enjoy a similarly luxurious experience. There are no attic or restricted ceiling rooms.

Security and Additional Features

Villa Eagles Lodge offers peace of mind with a security system, including six CCTV cameras, a user-friendly alarm system, and four safes for valuables. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and pool areas, and there are multiple shaded corners to enjoy cooler moments out of the midday sun.

An industrial generator is at the property offering an electric supply should there be any local power cuts.
