Outdoor Living

The apartment’s private terrace offers uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay and the surrounding mountains. Accessed from the main living area, this outdoor space is beautifully furnished for relaxation and dining. Enjoy lazy mornings with a coffee, soak up the sun on one of the loungers, or take a refreshing dip in the private plunge pool. The terrace also includes a poolside shower, 2 parasols for shade, an al fresco dining table for 6, and a BBQ, perfect for evening dinners under the stars.

The private plunge pool measures 5.5m x 3.5m x 1.5m depth and can be accessed via a ladder.

Interiors

This apartment spans two spacious floors, both designed to maximise light and comfort. On the upper floor, the open-plan living area is stylish and welcoming, with a large picture window framing views of the Mediterranean. A modern kitchen features sleek units, a breakfast bar, and everything you need for self-catering, including an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, water cooler, and espresso coffee machine.

The adjacent lounge includes a flat-screen TV, coffee table, and a sofa area perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Kalkan. A guest cloakroom is also located on this floor.

Bedrooms

The lower floor houses all three of the apartment’s en-suite bedrooms, each opening onto a private balcony and thoughtfully furnished to ensure restful nights.
