There are 2 external areas to Villa Tekin:
The garden level is lawned and offers table tennis, a basket-ball hoop and badminton bats plus there is a swing seat to sit and relax in.
A couple of steps lead to the dining table with eight chairs and built in BBQ to enable you to enjoy all fresco dining. There is also a swing seat near the BBQ.
External steps lead down to the lower pool terrace. Here there are six sun loungers and two parasols around the pool (pool is approx which has steps for access. There is also a covered seating area with a sofa and two arm-chairs set around a coffee table in which to relax and enjoy the views of the olive groves. Pool dimensions approx 11m x 4.3m x 1.45 m deep.
There is also a pool table in a covered area providing shade from the sun and a wall mounted dart board plus a small outdoor kitchenette with sink.
There are steps leading from this area to a gate that gives access to the road.
Access to the property is from street level through a gate and steps down to the entrance door.
The open plan living area on this level provides a stylish environment to relax and socialise in with comfortable sofas and armchairs coffee table and large Smart TV which offers Netflix. Sliding doors from here give access to a covered balcony that’s furnished with 2 chairs and a table where guests can appreciate the views and enjoy a morning coffee or sundowner.
The kitchen is well equipped and has electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, water chiller dispenser, toaster, kettle. External sliding doors give access to the garden and steps lead down from there to the pool terrace below.
A dining table accommodates 8 guests with 4 chairs and a bench seat. Another balcony is accessed from this area through sliding doors where guests will find 2 chairs and a table from which to admire the views of Kalkan Bay.
A cloakroom is also available on this level.
Lower Ground floor:
Twin bedroom which can be made into a double on request. En suite shower room which has a wall mounted hairdryer. The bedroom has a wall mounted TV, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and stool. Sliding doors give access to the pool terrace.

This bedroom has a wall mounted TV, wardrobe and dressing table with mirror and stool. There is also an en-suite shower room with a wall mounted hairdryer.

Second Floor:

On the roof terrace is a large round day bed and Jacuzzi bath. There is also a separate cushioned sofa and chairs and a wall mounted Smart TV and a separate opaque glass door leads to a WC and basin for guests’ use.
